Here are some things you can do if you are having a problem making a payment with PayPal.

Some have reported problems making a payment with an existing PayPal account. If you are having a problem, follow the directions below. We have had no reports of problems making a payment with new PayPal accounts.

1) Log into your PayPal account:

Go to: http://www.paypal.com and log into your account.


2) Click on the Profile link and then select the "Add or Edit Credit Card" link and update your credit card data.

Make sure that your account name is exactly as it appears on your card card and the account address is exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Also, make sure that the credit card expiration date is correct.


 

3) Then go to the MarketTrak payment page and select your subscription option.

Go to: http://www.markettrak.com/renew.html

You may need to log into your PayPal account again.  Contact us if you continue to have a problem.
